⚠️ Mandatory Boarding Vaccination Requirements:

To ensure the safety of every guest, all boarding pets must have verified up-to-date vaccinations:
• Dogs: Rabies, 5-in-1, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella) administered at least 10 days prior to boarding.
• Cats: Rabies and 3-in-1 (Feline Enteritis & Cat Flu).
• Parasite Control: Up-to-date tick and flea prevention is compulsory.

  • Regular Food & Diet Instructions: Bring enough of your pet's regular food for their entire stay, portioned or with clear feeding guidelines.
  • Prescription Medications: Clearly labelled medication in original packaging with dosage instructions.
  • Home Comforts: A familiar blanket, unwashed family t-shirt, or favorite toy to provide comforting home scents.
  • Emergency Contact Details: Your personal contact details while travelling plus a trusted local secondary contact.
  • Official Vaccination Book: Must be presented and verified upon check-in.

📅 Booking & Check-In Guidelines

Kennel and cattery availability is strictly managed to ensure each guest receives adequate space and individual attention.

  • Advance Booking Required: Reservations must be confirmed prior to drop-off.
  • Peak Season Planning: Easter, long weekends, and the December/January school holidays fill up months in advance. Please reserve early.
  • Check-In Window: Drop-off is welcomed during standard clinic operating hours. Arriving during morning hours gives your pet the full day to settle in before bedtime.
  • Check-Out Window: Collection takes place during standard clinic hours. You can even combine boarding with a departure wash in our grooming parlour!
