Unlike standard commercial parlours, our grooming service operates directly within a veterinary practice. Regular grooming is often the first line of defence in detecting early medical concerns.

  • Early Anomaly Detection: While washing and drying your pet, our experienced groomers inspect every inch of skin for ticks, fleas, lumps, hotspots, or ear mites.
  • Medicated Bathing Protocols: We carry prescription dermatological shampoos for pets suffering from allergic dermatitis, bacterial pyoderma, malassezia (yeast), or seborrhoea.
  • Prevention of Painful Matting: Severe matting can pull tightly on delicate skin, restrict blood flow, and conceal ulcerations. We safely and gently de-mat tangled coats.
  • Veterinarian Referral: If our groomers notice any unusual skin lesions or ear discharge, a veterinarian on site can assess your pet during their stay.

We work to make grooming as unhurried and stress-free as possible, treating your pet with the same patience and tenderness we would our own.

  • Morning Drop-Off (07:30 – 09:00): Check in at reception and discuss your styling preferences, current coat condition, and any sensitive spots.
  • Gentle Handling: Pets are allowed to relax before bathing. We never rush the grooming process or use harsh mechanical restraints.
  • Warm Water & Low-Noise Drying: Animals are bathed in warm water and dried with low-stress, temperature-controlled dryers.
  • WhatsApp Notification for Collection: Once your pet is styled, fluffed, and resting comfortably, we send you a message or call you for collection.

📅 Booking & Health Requirements

To protect all animals visiting our parlour and clinic, we operate under clear scheduling and health standards.

  • Weekday Scheduling: Grooming is offered Monday through Friday. We do not operate parlour grooming on weekends.
  • Advance Booking Essential: Parlour slots fill quickly, especially leading into holiday weekends and season changes. Please call or WhatsApp ahead.
  • Mandatory Vaccination Policy: All dogs and cats must be up to date with their core vaccinations (Rabies and 5-in-1) to be admitted to the parlour.
  • Tick & Flea Protection: Pets must be treated with a reputable veterinary tick and flea preventative.
