Dogs on Leash
Please ensure all dogs are securely leashed before exiting your vehicle. Even friendly dogs can feel anxious around unwell animals.
Cats in Carriers
Cats and small pets must be brought in a secure, enclosed travel carrier with a towel or blanket inside to prevent panic escapes.
Medical Records
If visiting us for the first time, bring your pet’s existing vaccination booklet, microchip number, and names of previous medications.
Arrival Window
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the end of consulting hours so our vets can conduct a thorough, unhurried assessment.
